What are E-tickets?

  • E-tickets are paid-for reservations that are stored in our main system. There is no traditional paper ticket to lose or replace, or reissue in the event of changes or modifications.
  • For airport security purposes, a printed confirmation receipt is required for entry to the boarding area of the airport. If you do not bring this with you to the airport, the Airline Ticketing office at the airport can print one for you.

How to book on our website?

  • Enter your required dates of travel and number of travelers in the "Search for Flights" dialog box: (shown at the bottom)
  • Select from the flight offerings different fares by clicking ‘show details’ buttons to the right.
  • Click ‘Select flights’
  • Click on ‘book’if you agree to the fare and flight schedule.
  • Enter traveler information, entering any frequent flier information if necessary. Enter the contact information of the passenger and  an email address. Also enter the card details to finalise your booking. Click "Continue” when finished.
  • The next screen displays a reservation code and client's itinerary. An confirmation email will also be sent to the client showing.

An invoice will also be sent to the client on the same day.

Discounts for Children and Infants:

  • Accompanied Child (age 2-11) with a seat is charged at 75% of the FULL PRICE adult fare. (Taxes for  Children are as same as for the Adult.)
  • Lap-Infant (ages <2 years) are 10% of the FULL PRICE of the adult fare.
  • You may only have one infant per Adult. Therefore if you are travelling with two or more infants, you will need to book each infant with a different adult or book second infant as a child.

E-Ticket Exchanges:

  • Exchanges can be performed before or after the travel date as per the rules.

  • You can exchange e-tickets for all passengers or selected passengers. (Depending on rules for fares used).

What is needed to check-in for a flight?

  • Check-in desks normally close one hours before the scheduled time of departure.
  • BTC strongly recommends that passengers check-in THREE hour prior to the scheduled departure time.
  • Passengers who present themselves later than 1 Hour prior to scheduled time of departure may not be accepted for travel, and may forfeit their seats. BTC will do their best to re-accommodate passengers on a later flights, but this is not guaranteed.

Missed Flights

  • We cannot guarantee re-accommodation. However, we will make every effort to get the passenger on the next flight with available inventory. (Change fee will apply.)

Can I change a ticketed PNR before the travel date?
Yes, you may change a PNR before the time and date of travel. (Depending on rules for fare used)
